Itinerary B
The Exciting Western Galapagos Expedition is a 6-day/5-night cruise that traverses the islands' western region. The schedule encompasses excursions for hiking, snorkeling, and exploring historical and cultural locations. You'll have the opportunity to observe a diverse array of wildlife, like sea lions, marine iguanas, blue-footed boobies, frigatebirds, and Galapagos penguins. This serves as an excellent chance to gain insights into the distinct ecology and history of the Galapagos Islands.

Tag für Tag

Tag 1: Baltra Island & Santa Cruz Island: Highlands

It is believed that this island was inhabited only by military personnel. One of the main Galapagos Airports is located on this island. Your guide will meet you at the airport. Transfer to Santa Cruz Island. We cross the Itabaca Chanel (from the airport to this place takes around 15 minutes). After that, we board our private bus to Puerto Ayora.

After arriving in Puerto Ayora we will head straight to Galaxy Yacht, where we will stay in a cabin and have lunch.

Santa Cruz Island: Highlands

After lunch, we head to HIGHLANDS of SANTA CRUZ for our first stop. Here we can go on a hiking tour and see giant tortoises in the wild. This is a spectacular natural sight. We recommend wearing sport shoes, long pants and a raincoat. Return to Puerto Ayora Capitan will present our crew to us with a cocktail and a formal presentation. BriefiIslag for the next day.

Tag 2: Isabela Island: Tintoreras & Moreno Point

Tintoreras

The bay of Puerto Villamil is home to this tiny island, surrounded by calm turquoise water. It has a short trail that takes you to the island. This island, which is surrounded with beautiful landscapes and has a lot of interesting fauna, can be found in the bay. We will see many Marine Iguanas enjoying the sun, lava Lizards, herons and gulls along the trail. You will find Sea Turtles, Rays, and Penguins in the coves. The most common species of sea turtles are the rays and penguins.
There are many cracks and channels along the coast where we may see White-tipped Reef Sharks. After the visit, we'll return to the boat for breakfast and then begin navigation to the next point.

Moreno Point

After lunch, we will embark in Moreno Point on the west coast Isabela Island. Birdwatchers will be delighted by the variety of birds that can be seen on a dinghy ride along striking rocky shores, or along a path through lava rock leading you to tide pools and mangroves. Green sea turtles and white-tip sharks can be found in the tide pools.
It can be easily spotted.
