Upon arrival at Baltra Airport, you are warmly welcomed and transferred to the Galaxy Diver yacht. Your first stop is Bachas Beach, where remnants of World War II barges rest along the shore. The white sands are vital nesting grounds for sea turtles, and the surrounding lagoons host flamingos, herons, and lava gulls. Begin the day hiking across Sullivan Bay’s fascinating lava fields, observing the resilient flora and fauna that thrive in this stark environment. Marvel at the twisted formations of Pahoehoe lava. Later, snorkel in the crystal waters teeming with colorful fish, turtles, and playful penguins. In the afternoon, explore Rabida Island, distinguished by its red sands and abundant sea lions. Hike inland to a lagoon where flamingos feed and scale cliffs frequented by nesting seabirds, before enjoying more snorkeling among rocky marine habitats rich with vibrant sea life.
